Quality heritage expert evidence can play a critical role in achieving a favourable outcome at a proceeding. RBA have earned a respected reputation for delivering succinct, balanced and independent expert evidence based on thorough research and analysis.

RBA senior staff members regularly appear as expert witnesses at the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) and Planning Panels, and have previously also appeared before the Heritage Council of Victoria and the Supreme Court.
