Due Diligence / Pre-purchase Advice - we clarify statutory imperatives and provide guidance in relation to development opportunities and constraints.
Appraisals of Heritage Value - We assess cultural significance and articulate the specific heritage values that belong to a place based on the eight recognised heritage criteria.
Design Advice - We work independently or alongside other architects to help resolve design solutions that capture and enliven inherited legacy to achieve good heritage outcomes. This collaborative approach is recommended prior to a Heritage Permit application.
Peer Reviews - We undertake peer reviews of work prepared by other heritage practitioners.
Submissions to Authorities - We prepare reports to accompany submissions to authorities in response to proposed actions such as planning scheme amendments.
