Cara is a Graduate of Architecture with experience across heritage conservation and architectural practice.

Prior to joining RBA Architects + Conservation Consultants, she worked for over three years within the heritage sector, contributing to projects ranging from civic and institutional buildings to residential additions and alterations.

Her experience spans multiple phases of project delivery, including archival research, design documentation, and on-site assessment. Through this work, Cara has developed a strong interest in material conservation and the careful interpretation of existing buildings; particularly how contemporary interventions can extend the life of a place while retaining evidence of its history and use.

Outside of practice, Cara enjoys hiking, playing the flute, and wandering through old buildings photographing unusual details and material junctions.
