Simone brings a decade of experience in marketing, operations and management to RBA, most recently as General Manager of a contemporary jewellery gallery, where she developed a deep appreciation for craft, design and the businesses that sustain creative practice.

When the opportunity arose to bring her skills to the architecture industry, Simone made the move to RBA in 2026 as Operations Co-ordinator. She supports the practice across marketing, HR, IT, project management and finance.

Outside the office, she can be found with a book, on a Pilates mat, or seeking out good art and design.
